We remain current with codes and standards with subscriptions to ASHRAE and the BC Building Code. Our Specification standards are up-dated on a regular basis and we regularly attend Building Envelope conferences.

We have fully embraced computer aided design and are committed to maintaining technical excellence.

We offer complete interior design services in addition to the basic building and exterior package. Our modelling software allows detailed visualization of design proposals.

We have used Autodesk’s REVIT since its introduction to the market 18 years ago and use it for all our design and project documentation. The programme’s modelling and visualization capabilities have greatly assisted clients and contractors in their understanding of our designs.

We are experienced in the tendering of projects and contract administration of CCDC-2. Our specifications are generated from the CMS format using NBS software.
